Optional physical items
Recipients can request a personalised trophy, printed certificate or physical labels for an authorised use. These items are supplied separately from the award.
The quotation identifies the specification, personalisation, quantity, destination, taxes, delivery charges and total price before you accept it. There is no compulsory winner package.
Using the digital mark
The mark-use guide explains how to present your award and where an artwork check is needed. Digital permission follows the named product or ingredient, market, version and permitted period.
Packaging and physical labels require a check of the complete artwork and intended market. Buying labels does not replace that check or extend the award to another product.
Purchases and decisions are separate
Reviewers do not receive purchasing information. An order, a decision not to order, a cancellation or a refund has no bearing on the award or its included benefits.
You retain access to the free certificate and award record subject to the award’s actual status and scope. Procedural appeals are handled without a fee.
Requesting a quotation
Open the award in your account, choose the item and quantity, and provide the delivery country and any personalisation. Review the quotation before accepting it.
There is no application payment, annual award-maintenance payment or automatic renewal charge.
