What happens after submission
Your account shows a receipt and submission reference. We first check that the application is complete and eligible. If information is missing, you receive a request linked to the entry.
Once your complete application is accepted, the entry page records the acceptance date and review progress. Requests for information and the written decision remain with your entry.
No entry or assessment fee
Application, assessment, routine clarification and the written decision are free. An award includes a digital certificate and a public register entry. No payment details or purchase commitment are required to enter.
Start your application
Use an email address you can access throughout the review. Keep one application for each defined product version, and check that the same version appears in the label, evidence and public information.
Once submitted, use the information requests within the entry to provide updates. This keeps the documents and correspondence together.
