Who can request an order
An authorised award recipient may request items for the named award. A request is an enquiry for a quotation, not an accepted purchase. The quotation identifies the seller and the party responsible for production and delivery.
Review the total before accepting
The quotation specifies the item, quantity, personalisation, currency, price, taxes, delivery charges, destination and payment arrangements. Any import charges not included in the total must be stated. Do not accept an incomplete or unclear quotation.
A quotation is tied to its recorded version. Changes to the specification, quantity or destination require a revised quotation and fresh acceptance. No payment is taken by submitting a quotation request.
Approve the exact proof
Check spelling, product identity, award year, reference, artwork and placement on the production proof. Approve that exact version or request corrections. Personalised production must not begin on a proof that has not been approved.
Proof approval concerns the item to be produced. It does not expand the award scope or replace a required mark-use check. The accepted quotation states when an order can be changed or cancelled and how personalised items are treated.
Delivery, errors and damage
The quotation states the delivery basis and estimated timing. Keep the order reference and report a missing delivery, damage or mismatch with the approved proof promptly, with photographs where appropriate.
The supplier examines the issue against the accepted quotation and proof. Any correction, replacement, cancellation or refund is recorded against the order. Rights that apply under relevant law are not excluded by these terms.
Your award is independent of the order
Choosing not to order, declining a quotation or raising a fulfilment complaint does not affect the award decision, appeal rights, electronic certificate, register record or permitted digital mark. Buying an item does not confer an award or extend its term.
Order enquiries and applicable version
Use the order page in your account for the current quotation, proof and status. Include the order reference in any enquiry. The terms attached to the accepted quotation govern that order; later website wording does not silently change it.
