Compare the details
The product or ingredient, organisation, version and decision must match the record. Check the mark-use status and end date before relying on a current award-mark claim.
Corrected certificates
A factual correction may result in a replacement certificate. The public record is the current source for the award details. Keep the replacement and discontinue use of the earlier copy.
No matching reference
Check for a typing error, then search by product or organisation. If the details still cannot be found, send the reference to the awards team.
